Hotel Policies

Breakfast is served from  07:00am-10:00am.
Checkout time is 10:00am.

Cancellation and prepayment:
Cancellation and prepayment  policies vary by room type, all walk INS are required to pay for accommodation  upon check in.

For work shop and conference businesses, a 75%  deposit is required upon confirmation.

Children and extra Beds

1. All children  under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
2. All children  under 2 years stay free of charge for cots
3. Maximum  capacity of baby cots in a room is room 1.
4. Any type of  extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Pets:
Pets are not  allowed.

Groups:
When booking  for groups more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements.  May apply
